GRATITUDE JOURNAL
Upon the encouragement of a cyber-friend and the inspiration of the Spirit, I was compelled to express my gratitude regularly to the One who has given me all things. It has truly changed my attitude and my perspective on everything in my life. Even challenges are wilderness experiences leading me closer to my Promised Land, closer to the me of my Destiny, closer to the Lover of My Soul. I choose to begin the list again here to give all Glory to God and share His Glory with all of you.

I encourage you to begin a gratitude journal and see how it changes you. Because I certainly can't take credit for the idea, here is a link to my cyber-friend who gives much better explanation and encouragement.
